p122 Q2. Explain what King means when he states that writing is telepathic

King refer writing is telepathic because it is a communication with the ideas when writing. Telepathic is defined as the communication of thoughts and ideas between people without any scientific laws. Writing is telepathic because we all perceive differently. However we are close to the idea that it is suggesting something, and words can be use as a tool to communicate thoughts between the writer and the reader. 

 

p122 Q3. Is this essay written for anyone or does it only address the needs of professional writers 

I think this essay is written for anyone because King mentioned how art in general is depend on telepathy which writing is a form of art that communicates something. Not just limited to the professional writers but also anyone because their words can imply or suggest something more.

This might gives an opportunity for drug dealers to further invest in to that particular drug market without any laws violation. This could be an excuse or ‘grey area’ for the drug dealers to sell drugs to people. In the end it might cause people to be more addictive to marijuana. As an example of the marijuana legalisation on drugs, after the Colorado state legalised marijuana. There is an increase on the uses of marijuana which people no longer take it as a medication but they used it as to fulfil their desire which can causes inappropriate abusive uses.
